Avaya Partners with Orange Business Services India

Orange Business Services will help Avaya take its solutions further into the Indian market

NC News Network, November 19, 2009, 1200 hrs

Avaya has recently announced its partnership with Orange Business Services India. Leveraging their respective strengths, the two companies will jointly provide unified communications services and solutions to various organizations in the country.

“Our collaboration will help us extend across all vertical industries, tapping those that we have not yet reached. This relationship will help customers implement advanced communications applications and services and make the most of their existing investments. It will also help lower the risk associated with migrating to new technology and simplify sourcing by reducing the number of external suppliers through a single, global point of contact,” said Jangoo Dalal, Managing Director, Avaya India.

Orange Business Services India will be an Avaya Platinum-certified partner, with   a direct contract with Avaya in India. The collaboration will provide a suite of solutions (Hosted and Integrated Call Centers managed or integrated Unified Communications solutions). The investment in this relationship will provide customers with comprehensive services from beginning to end, customized to meet their business objectives.
