Ramco Enhances Lead Management and Sales

NWC News Network, June 26 2007, 1700 hrs

Ramco Systems, a provider of enterprise software and services has enhanced its lead management and sales.

It has deployed Salesforce Automation (SFA) for the same. The company claimed that the solution was deployed in less than six weeks.

“Our business is growing and to successfully expand further we require a system that supports our sales team and improves their ability to track and close more deals,” said Barbara Angius Saxby, Chief Marketing Officer, Ramco. “Salesforce SFA has helped us streamline and automate our sales process in a cost effective manner and gives us visibility into our marketing campaign effectiveness as well.”

Established in 1989, Ramco has over 1,800 employees in its 18 offices across the world. It serves customers in 35 countries, providing a flexible platform for deploying business applications and automating business processes.

Saxby said that Ramco has always had a very strong technology and R&D focus and that this has served the company well in the market. “As the company strives to become more of a customer-driven organization with an enhanced focus on marketing and sales, our ability to track and manage our business effectively is increasingly important.”
