1010data Introduces Open Database Connectivity Driver


New driver allows users to layer business intelligence on existing applications.

1010data, provider of ad-hoc analytics for business intelligence, announced today that its 1010data Open Database Connectivity driver, which allows users to integrate custom or off-the-shelf applications for visualization and reporting within their platform, is now available.



The 1010data Open Database Connectivity driver enables users to use the 1010data platform with any front-end application they've become accustomed to.


ODBC provides a standard application programming interface method for linking applications with database management systems, regardless of programming language, and also provides users with ubiquitous connectivity and platform independence.
