TMI First Signs MOU with Nasscom Foundation

TMI First, a division of TMI Group, has signed a MOU with Nasscom Foundation to collaborate for providing employment opportunities to the beneficiaries of 'The Rural Knowledge Network.


 

"Nasscom Foundation is our preferred talent supply chain partner as, with its over 72 'Nasscom Knowledge Network' centers in 10 states, we shall greatly increase our reach  in small towns and rural colleges of India to find suitable talent for Indian Corporates at entry level' says Mr. T Muralidharan, the Chairman & CEO of TMI Group.

With the common objective of serving the underprivileged, Nasscom Foundation has found in TMI First, a natural ally and appointed it as its exclusive Employment partner to represent Nasscom Foundation beneficiaries to prospective employers. 'The entire purpose of our establishing Rural Knowledge Network centers for the uplift-ment of under served will not be complete unless their beneficiaries can find suitable placement in Corporate sectors and TMI First can suitably provide this edge' says Ms. Rufina Fernandes, Chief Executive Officer, Nasscom Foundation.

TMI First is the latest initiative of TMI group with key focus to bring more employment opportunities to fresh graduates specifically the youths in small towns and rural colleges in India. It seeks to create and deliver Employability Coaching Programmes to enhance the employability of Fresh Graduates at an affordable price. TMI First's service offerings to Corporate sector include Campus Hiring, off-Campus Hiring, Employer Branding & Relationship Building Strategies, Entry Level Recruitment Process Consulting and Outsourcing, Competency based On line Assessments, E-Learning and Pre-joining learning interventions, Fresher Retention Strategies and Fresher Satisfaction (Post Joining) Surveys.
